Had this range installed the week before thanksgiving. There is a definite learning curve for this range, especially when switching from gas, but the instructions are clear, and the results are amazing!cooking is even, boiling is amazingly quick, oven browns evenly. Only problems were: boilover caused burner to shut off and it was a pain to get restarted, and the temp probe was inaccurate. Probably must have done something wrong cuz it shut off oven when the the turkey was only half done. Oh well, Ill keep working on that one. Otherwise, I LOVE it!

Pros:Looks great.Dual bright oven lights.Large oven viewing window.No knobs to trap dirt and grease. Very easy to clean.Large responsive touch screen at a good angle. Easy to read and navigate, with a couple of exceptions (see cons).Convection bake creates an evenly cooked cake. Edges do NOT get overcooked before the center is done.The indicator lights on the cooktop make it impossible to turn on the wrong stove eye.The fans are fairly quiet, and not nearly as loud as some reviews claim.Cons:White writing on green buttons (Start button) in the menu are hard to read at certain angles.The touch screen can be annoying with its' constant beeping when you bump against it.You can't leave the oven door cracked open to finish certain deserts. You have to leave the door open almost halfway before it will stay there.It takes a long time for the oven to cool down after use.Summary:If this is your first time using any of this product's features, such as the induction cooktop, convection bake, air fry, etc., understand there will be a learning curve. Have some patience, and enjoy experimenting with these features. Timing and temperatures may be different than your past experiences. Don't expect perfection until you have learned how to use some of the features that may be new to you.

Pros: -heats things quickly, oven cooks evenly and browns things beautifully, huge oven capacity, smooth top, controls don't activate accidentally,Con: - (like all induction) you need the correct pots and kettles to use it effectively, storage tray is pretty shallow and will only hold lids or baking sheets, also, the power comes out at ~6 " from the left side (as looking from the front), It perfectly lines up with my power outlet to make the unit sit out and extra 1/2". I will need to shift the outlet locations.

I am still trying to get used to this oven. It seems to cook cold. I guess I need to raise the temperature but that would throw recipes off. I know it is not level or secure to the ground. I am not sure how to fix these problems. I love the induction top. That is the main reason I bought it. once the oven is set correctly I am sure it might be good.

This is a beautiful appliance with clean lines & is easy to maintain. It takes some getting used to the induction cooktop, particularly not accidentally leaning on the power button accidentally. I am short, so while reaching into the microwave mounted above it, I often turn on the oven by leaning against it. I wish the drawer was a bit deeper as well.

You should know before you buy: you will have to run your stove for a LONG time to remove the disgusting chemical smell from the oven, which will fill your whole house. They say it will take 1/2 hour but it definitely does not (I'm an hour in an no sign of diminishing), and the fumes are clearly unhealthy to breathe. This is not something the consumer should have to do - this should be done before the ranges are shipped out. If you have asthma or chemical allergies, I strongly advise you do not purchase.

Trash. Cooktop Failed On First Use, 6 Repair Visits and Still Not Fixed

Upon first 2 minutes of FIRST use, cooktop shut off and threw an error code. After two service calls, the Rt side Induction fan replaced. Then it ran, but shut off intermittently with no codes shown. Was able to immediately restart, but it continues to shut down several times while cooking (every time!). Just had SIXTH service call, 5 more parts replaced. Fired it up today and after about 10 minutes, it shut down again. (Control panel dark). This time, it won't immediately re-start, so my half cooked eggs were ruined. Trying to work with their "customer service" is a joke. They keep suggesting "another service call". This has been going on for almost 3 months. Yesterday's service tech was on phone with another tech, who had just made a repair for IDENTICAL conditions on another client's same range. Upon restart yesterday, the center display module had a defect (LEDs not all working). By now, Frigidaire has spent more money repairing this than it would have cost to replace it. Yesterday's service call was 4.5 hours of my day, plus the all-day wait of their arrival within an 8 hour window. I've had to do this SIX times. NEVER will buy anything from Frigidaire. Horrible Quality Control, horrible customer care and service. Complete piece of garbage unit and garbage parts. Feels like Frigidaire is more interested in avoiding responsibility than taking care of a client who spent $ 1500 for their product. Bought this on-line from Lowes, who has also washed their hands of it, citing "manufacturer warranty". During the calls to the factory techs, it was clear that nobody on their end was "owning" this problem, or doing any follow-up. Case # 875-95335

My only peeve is that if i haven™€™t locked the oven control it is very sensitive so if I brush against the control while using the cooktop it turns on and you can™€™t lock the oven while using the stovetop. The brand new cooktop has issues. It sometimes won't turn on, and when it does turn on it sometimes turns itself off for no apparent reason. We have service scheduled and hope this can be fixed.

We've only had our new induction range for a few days, but so far, I am very impressed. I read some reviews that say the cooktop's touch controls are hard to use, but we have not found that to be the case. The induction burners are amazing, providing fast, precise temperature control. The oven also works very well and the whole unit looks great. Hopefully I will still feel this way about it as the weeks and months go by, but so far, so good!

This is a great stove. Oven heats up quickly, bakes evenly. Cooktop heats pans evenly and quickly. It has a great fan to disperse heat. I haven't tried anything but basic baking but have a feeling the convection and air fry will work well.

My induction range is so easy to keep clean! I love it.

My new induction range was a smart buy. It had high ratings and the ratings were accurate. The top heats pans quickly but stops heating the instant I turn off the control. And since the ceramic surface itself does not get hot to touch, foods do not burn on the ceramic. Just a wipe like cleaning a kitchen counter after use.

Love This Range!

Once I was able to finally use the induction cooktop (a full WEEK after installation), I find I do really love this range. The oven was easy to use and required no help. But the instructions that come with it were rather poorly written. I couldn™€™t tell when the cooktop was Unlocked because the description was lacking in significant details. Ex: What the Lock icon looks like when locked vs. unlocked; what the beeps sound like when the icon is pressed; etc. I had to wait for the 3rd party service rep to come with His instructions, b/c both the Lowe™€™s & Frigidaire phone were unable to help explain the instructions. Once done however I™€™ve been very happy with the cooktop.
